LEF marketing & events is a full-service events agency. We provide complete event management solutions for our customers. Our focus is in the tech / IT industry. It is our goal to make our customers’ life easier by focusing on all event logistics, allowing our customers to focus on what is important for them.
On a yearly basis we organize more than 500 activities for our customers. These include conferences, trade shows, meetings and trainings. We organize both formal and informal events for our business clients. Our events range from 10 to 10.000+ attendees.
To ensure a successful event and great turn-up rate, we assist our customers with marketing activities to promote their event or brand in general. This includes direct mail campaigns, creative invites and staffing support.

LEF marketing & events organizes events all across the globe. We are most active in EMEA and very experienced in all major cities in this region. Our main office is in the Netherlands as well as most of our staff. Our staff speaks English, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian and German.
The company was founded in 2011 in Aardenburg, the Netherlands by Esther Westerweele. Ever since its founding the company has grown in number of projects and staff. Currently LEF marketing & events employs over 30 staff and works with freelancers and suppliers all over the globe.
After moving offices numerous times in the first years, LEF marketing & events settled in the former town hall of Aardenburg. Local regional governments merged in 2003 and the building was unused for nearly 15 years. LEF marketing & events took up residence in April 2018. The original exterior was restored and a modern workspace was created inside.
