How we work at LEF marketing & events

We developed best practices and a strict methodology that we follow for all projects.

Based on 25 years of experience, LEF marketing & events developed best practices and a strict methodology that we follow for all projects. This ensures that our projects run like clockwork and prevents nasty surprises with regard to timing or budget.

We love structure and deadlines and have a no-nonsense and to-the-point approach when it comes to project management. This is the flow we use to ensure smooth communication and tightly controlled management:

As soon as we receive your project, we create a project file in our custom-made tool.

1

The tool assigns a unique project number that we use EVERYWHERE: folders, files, communication.

2

We start working on the project and create your tailor made proposal and budget. Everything is bespoke.

3

When you decide to work with us, we schedule a (live) kick-off meeting to gather first feedback. Or we host a brainstorming session together to adapt our proposal to your needs.

4

As soon as we're aligned on plan and the initial budget, we schedule (bi-)weekly meetings to discuss the status of the project and to get your feedback on pending topics.

5

LEF marketing & events prepares an agenda and presentation for every meeting to keep structure and optimize our meeting time.

6

We use Monday as a mutual project management tool so we are always all on the same page. You can join us there if you want.

7

After every meeting or call, we send a detailed summary.

8

Budget updates are given during the (bi-)weekly meetings. We provide you with transparent budget updates including clearly labeled change orders.

9

Our team logs hours for every project, allowing us to offer realistic quotes. We charge a fair rate.

10

This strict follow-up allows us to achieve what we all strive for: delivering the perfect event for you and your customers.
